The official video for our recent lottery prediction which wrapped up last week is finally out! *grin* It was a Singapore first, which saw the event stretch over 2 weeks and featured in various media – both local and overseas!
J C directed this video, which is starkly different from our usual… fans of movies like Momento & Vantage Point may appreciate the non-linear way of story telling. Check it out!
In all honesty, I really really believe storytelling to be an extremely important creative process. It’s really TRAGIC that this fact is sadly overlooked by many. The trick is to artfully weave something interesting and unique, to stand out from the usual.
It is a strategy that needs to be plotted from the start – if you don’t have a good plan, it’s not going to work.
Anyway, I personally felt that our recent psychological illusion was a success on many levels because it’s reached its objective and produced the best outcome possible – a successful entertaining local talking point which helped us plug our show at St James, coupled with a positive social message and a wonderful charity which benefited from it all!
So yes, it was a positive WIN-WIN-WIN 🙂 🙂 🙂
